⚠️ Warning: This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data, including your profile, listings, orders, messages, videos, and comments.
What Will Be Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Profile Information: Username, email, profile picture, and bio
- Listings: All active and inactive product listings
- Orders: Order history and transaction records
- Messages: All conversations and chat history
- Videos & Media: All uploaded videos and images
- Comments & Interactions: All comments, likes, and follows
- Payment Information: Saved payment methods and billing details
How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your account directly from the app:
Log in to the account you wish to delete
Navigate to your profile, then tap on Settings
Scroll down and tap the "Delete Account" option
Read the warning and confirm that you want to permanently delete your account
Alternative: Request by Email
If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by sending an email to support@buysdz.com with:
- Your registered email address
- Your username
- A clear statement requesting account deletion
We will verify your identity before processing the request. Account deletion via email may take up to 30 days to complete.

Data Retained After Deletion
A limited amount of data may be retained as required by law:
- Transaction records: Kept for legal and tax compliance purposes
- Anonymized analytics: Aggregated data that cannot identify you personally
